It is a dispute that dates back to before the first battle of independence of India. The first clashes between Hindus and Muslims in the Babri mosque was held in 1853, when Wajid Ali Shah was still the Nawab of Awadh. Not many details available, except that he managed to resolve the conflict without any loss of life Over three decades later in 1885 Raghubar Das, who claimed to be the Shri Ram janam asthan authorization head needed to build a temple for the Deity Sri Ram. The mosque was built by Emperor Babar, which stands on the border of Ayodhya. It is very unfortunate that a masjid should have been built on land specially held sacred by Hindus. 

But when that happened 356 years ago, it is too late now to remedy the complaint. Anything that can be done is to maintain the status ;the court ruled. Das has filed a complaint with the Judicial. 

Currently Commissioner for Oudh (Awadh was then called) W. Young, who also refused his plea. The so called final decision was rendered by a district judge in Faizabad district. Thus, the first series of judicial decisions in favor of conservation of the mosque, where he stood. The matter then lay dormant and the status quo remained intact over the next six decades. then the night intervening December 21 to 22, 1949, God Ram mysteriously appeared in the mosque and the next Morning itself people started praying and offering pujas within the mosque itself.

Then Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, wanted the idols to be removed, but the district magistrate and KK Nayar, citing possible law and order Issues, expressed his inability to do so. He later resigned. In 1950, a local resident, Gopal Singh Visharad, filed a complaint in the civil courts requesting a direction that allows it to offer prayers in the mosque where the idols were installed. 

But what are the main issues on which the Court gives its verdict? 

Let's take a look :

• Is the construction of a mosque in dispute? 
• Was it built on the site of a temple after demolishing the temple? 
• Is it a part of the property used for worship by Hindus immediately before the construction of the mosque in 1528? 
• Is the property site of Lord Ram Supporters? 
• Does Hindus worship the shrine which is challenged is Shree Ram Janma Bhumi and treat it as a place of pilgrimage since time immemorial? 
• Do the Muslim community has the possession of the property until 1949 and who have been deprived of the same? 
• Do Muslims offer prayers at the shrine since time immemorial? 
• Were the idols of Lord Ram placed inside the building involved in the night of 22 and 23 December 1949 or there before? 

The court took in all Facts and heard the both parties arguments and gave it's final verdict. Court says that there should be both Ram Mandir and Babri Masjid to be built again at same place right next to each other. And the disputed area would be split into 3 parts for the construction of the temple, mosque and other.

Why Indian TV channels go crazy over such horrific events.

I was watching Kasturi News Channel a weeknight back at 10.30 pm there was a special program running about the Kedaarnath temple and cloud burst and floods in Uttarakhand. As I was busy all day wanted to know whats the current situation in that area. 

And as I was seeing the visuals of Kedarnath temple the program's anchor started talking about aliens, invasion, abduction, and the judgement-day and other alien's related topics I got confused and started to wonder why is she mixing up alien related things with a natural phenomenon like rain fall and floods etc. She continued that the aliens from distant galaxies are coming here and are causing this havoc to test our human civilization ability survive and move on. But in what way this could be possible? yes I know the channel is just trying to get the TRP ratings.

But,what I actually think is that Lord shiva himself got fed up with this people who do all the bad,disgusting, horrible things and easily come and pray for the forgiveness from the gods. Horrible is that a man earns money through trafficking young children with that money he go's to the temple and prays for his children to be safe and protected and get well educated & live happily ever after. 

Will the Lord himself wishes that every who truly worship him from their hearts come to him not with other people's curses on their head. For almost 3 years Nobody Can enter and worship Lord Kedarnath, can any one expected such a thing such a Disaster could happen? NO! I did not expect it, and no I did not where Kedarnath temple was at. This is nothing but a Natural Disaster created by Lord Shiva himself River Mandakini (Ganga/ganges) wanted to reach and get purified by touching the Linga inside the temple and clear out all the evil and sadness people brought to the temple with them.

And that is the truth. More than 10,000 approx. people are dead. Numbers could rise as some stranded in the forest area are still waiting for the rescue. with rains regularly halting the rescue operations I think the death toll could increase. Anyways One Big Salute to the INDIAN ARMY for their Mega Effort in this situation. 

People Say why the army people not working fastly. And keep on asking many useless questions But, they still Keep doing their job to serve this country on the battle field and in the desperate moments needed within our country.
